Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item, but refunds are issued only in specific situations.
Eligible for Refund You are entitled to a refund only if:
- The item is defective / not working as intended
- The item arrived damaged
- The item was not delivered (lost in transit or never arrived)
In these cases, please contact us immediately at iamgussus@gmail.com with photos of the issue (if applicable) and your order number. We will evaluate the situation and, if approved, provide instructions for return and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size, color, or style (unless it was our listing/sizing error)
- Simply not liking the product
- Buyer’s remorse
- Items that were used, worn, washed, altered, or missing tags/original packaging
Returns / Exchanges If the item is in original unworn/unused condition with tags and packaging, you may still request an exchange (subject to stock availability) within 30 days. To start an exchange: email us at iamgussus@gmail.com. We do not accept returns for refund credit/store credit unless the product meets one of the three refund-eligible conditions above.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
How to Report an Issue (Defective / Damaged / Not Delivered)
- Inspect your order immediately upon arrival
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date for non-delivery) at iamgussus@gmail.com
- Include order number, photos of damage/defect (if applicable), and a brief description
- We will reply with next steps, which may include a return shipping label
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care / hygiene products (beauty, cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards / digital products
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you still have the statutory right to cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (EU Consumer Rights Directive). However, refunds outside of defective/damaged/not-delivered cases will be issued only as required by EU law. For non-fault returns, you will bear the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated by applicable law. Contact us at iamgussus@gmail.com for EU-specific return instructions.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item (for approved cases), we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank/credit card to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without seeing the refund, contact us at iamgussus@gmail.com.
