    We ship worldwide from our location in Dubai, UAE. Thank you for shopping with us! Below are the details on how we handle shipping and delivery.

    Order Processing Time

    • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday,).
    • Processing time starts after your payment is confirmed.
    • We do not process or ship on weekends.

    Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates We use reliable carriers such as [e.g., Aramex, DHL, FedEx, or others you use]. Delivery times are estimates only and start after processing — they do not include weekends, holidays, or customs delays.

    • UAE (Domestic): 8-15 business days (standard shipping).
    • GCC Countries (e.g., Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.): 8-15 business days.
    • International (Rest of World): 8-15 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
      • Europe/USA/Canada: Usually 8-15 business days.
      • No shipping to the rest of the world yet.

    We ship to most countries worldwide. If we cannot ship to your location, we'll contact you to cancel/refund the order.

    Shipping Costs

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected carrier.
    • We offer [e.g., free shipping on orders over AED/USD XXX, or flat rates — or "calculated at checkout" if variable].
    • Rates are displayed before you complete your purchase.

    Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders Only) For orders shipped outside the UAE:

    • You (the buyer) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authorities.
    • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are payable directly to the carrier or customs upon delivery (Delivered Duty Unpaid — DDU).
    • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Please check with your local customs office for estimates.
    • Delays or holds at customs are not our responsibility, and no refunds/credits are issued for such delays.

    Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email (check spam/junk if not received).
    • Track your package directly on the carrier's website.

    Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

    • If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated time + 7 days, contact us at iamgussus@gmail.com with your order number and tracking info.
    • For damaged items: Inspect upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 7 days) with photos — see our [Return & Refund Policy] for details.
    • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes).

    Address Requirements

    • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes in some countries or incomplete addresses.
    • If your address requires specific details (e.g., building number, neighborhood — common in UAE/GCC), include them to avoid delays.

    Changes or Cancellations

    • Once processed/shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Contact us quickly if there's an issue.
